If your feedback relates to your experience of our service, please email, write or telephone the Coordinator.  Children by Choice is committed to a feedback and complaints process which is fair and open, effective and efficient, responsive and customer-focussed, and ensures privacy and confidentiality.  

Children by Choice encourages consumers, their representatives and staff to provide suggestions, compliments, concerns and complaints about the services provided to our consumers. Children by Choice seeks to resolve complaints in a consistent, systematic and responsive manner, to the satisfaction of the complainant and the organisation. Children by Choice aims to ensure that the complaints handling process provides reliable and accurate information to identify trends and eliminate causes of complaint, and improve the quality and safety of services provided by Children by Choice. Children by Choice values a complaints handling process which provides for continual review and analysis of the process, the resolution of complaints and process improvements made.  A full copy of our "Feedback and Complaints Management Policy and Procedure" is available on request.
