At Children by Choice, we recognise and celebrate the diversity of LGBTQIA+ people and their experiences of sexuality, gender, relationships, and reproductive health.
We know that many LGBTQIA+ people face unique barriers when accessing abortion, contraception, and pregnancy care that’s inclusive and specific to you. Our service is a safe and inclusive space where all bodies, genders, and identities are respected.
Our team provide free, confidential, and non-judgemental support to anyone navigating pregnancy options; including people who are trans, non-binary, gender or sexuality diverse, bisexual, lesbian, gay, intersex, asexual, or questioning. You can talk to us about your choices, reproductive health, relationships, or accessing affirming healthcare.
We also work to challenge discrimination and improve access to inclusive sexual and reproductive health care across Queensland, so every person can make decisions that feel right for them.
We can help cover the cost for people who need abortion care and can’t afford it. Call us to check your eligibility for financial support.
