Children by Choice is funded by Queensland Health and Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety to deliver counselling and community education on pregnancy options to Queenslanders. However, some of our most important activities are not covered by this funding and run entirely on donations. Donating to these initiatives is a very important way of showing your support for our work.

I give, free of any relevant duties, (the amount of $_ or _% of my estate) to Children by Choice Association Incorporated (ABN: 51 809 774 188) absolutely for the general purposes of said charity. I declare that the receipt of the Secretary, Treasurer or other proper officer thereof shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my Trustee or Executor for the said legacy.
